Die Hetzner-LBs machen komischen Foo mit Proxyprotokoll, weswegen wir nicht die richtige Source-IP im Ingress-Log sehen.

Alternativ können wir auch nochmal Proxyprotokoll im Ingress und im Hetzner-LB aktivieren und schauen was es genau tut.
