Add frontend for Free/Busy model #928

Add a simple calendar (week) view where people can mark themselves as free or busy:

The basic idea is that slots can be marked by clicking and dragging in the calendar, and the selected time range can be marked as either free or busy, without any additional details.

After that, we need to evaluate how to expose this information (and other Free/Busy sources), like for #1192

I think it makes sense to split this into an issue about introducing an aggregated free/busy feed (this one, now) & another about implementing some kind of generic availability event feed that feeds into the aforementioned aggregated feed (https://edugit.org/AlekSIS/official/AlekSIS-Core/-/issues/1126)
