Currently the (optional) public dashboard and the default dashboard shown to logged in users are the same.
It would be useful to allow to configure the public dashboard seperately.

In addition to the public dashboard feature, a general solution is useful for e.g. group dashboards (a dashboard that is the default for all memebers of a specific group)
