As discussed in AlekSIS/libs/django-split-input!1653, we should evaluate cleave.js as a general JavaScript helper for formatted input fields.

• Phone number field (Person)
• Date fields (?)
• Time fields
• Check all official and onboarding apps

Date/time fields → Materialize pickers
phone number fields have to be discussed at the devmeeting (→ django-phonenumbers offers widgets as well, we probably want to use a combination of both)
