My idea: Use a CRUD list of Relationships. This gives us all the flexibility of the CRUD system and makes it easy to extend the PersonRelationship model.

If we would in contrast develop a custom frontend like the multi-select for guardians currently, things like roles cannot be easily added.

With a CRUD list, every relationship has its own row with all information.
