This throws an ObjectDoesNotExist when no TCCs exist for the given VR, which might happen e.g. in case the VR is created before courses are created. This case is never explicitly mentioned; users might run into it and then feel confused about the error message reading "You don't have the permission for this operation. (Error code: CORE_201)" that is the default one for the mentioned error.
