I configured l10n.tz = "Europe/Berlin" (and had it unconfigured, therefore default UTC before). When I create an absence and set e.g. 8:00 in the frontend, after saving it is displayed as 10:00.

Interestingly, when I keep the default/suggested time (which is the current time), it is handled correctly.
So when I create an absence now (e.g. 10:00), and only set the end time manually (to e.g. 12:00), it results in 10:00–14:00.
