My mother told me that schools in Rheinland Pfalz must use edoo.sys for grades and school certificates. It would be useful to have a app which imports and exports data from and to edoo.sys. Edoo.sys has an import and export option so it's possible.
Else, schools in Rheinland Pfalz cannot use AlekSIS.

First off: Why is this required to use AlekSIS? Mandating the use of one system does not forbid using another in parallel, even without import functionality.

AlekSIS right now does not manage grades. What else is edoo.sys used for?

In general, edoo.sys is a school information system. It would be better if you use edoo.sys only for required purposes.

So it is a full alternative to AlekSIS? From what I conclude from the website https://www.edoo-sys.de/, this is not the case. Can you please post a comprehensive feature list?
