Remove not checked-in persons from groups #89

As soon as an event has passed, persons that were not checked in shall be removed from the group.

When keeping groups in sync, the logic must be different for times before, during and after the event:

  • Before the event, all registered participants that were not retracted shall be in the group
  • After the event, all registered participants that have also checked in shall be in the group

Group members with roles other than the configured one shall be left intact at all times.
