Using the Retract button on EventRegistrationDetailView should open a popup window where you can choose what to do with the invoice. It should be at least possible to change the status of the invoice (or to keep it as is).

Maybe also add the option to add an aditional fee ("Bearbeitungsgebühr") to the invoice?
