After the introduction of Course-Bundles there are managed_by_app_label TCCs by default and TCCs are integrated into the rest of course- and lesson-planning. The TCC-CRUD-List is still a leftover from before.

  1. It should now just manage manually specified TCCs. The ones that overwrite a timespan.
  2. The manually created TCCs should integrate with the automatic managed_by_app_label TCCs.

The second most likely needs to change the logic in Lesson.create_from_course. There needs to be a decision which TCC is current.
